How far will the photographer travel?
Depending on availability and notice Cyrus is prepared to travel interstate and in some cases internationally. Usually any wedding located more than 250kms from Perth, Western Australia will attract extra expenses to cover travel and accommodation.
Weddings in Margaret River have a surcharge of only $220 extra during the busy season (October - May). Accommodation is paid by the photographer.
How many hours do I need to book for photographic coverage? suggested coverage
This is entirely up to the bride and groom. Lighthouse Photography has peak season minimums. Usually Cyrus will meet with the couple to discuss their wedding. This consultation is designed to determine how many hours you will require and what package would be suitable for your wedding. Coverage can be all day, even over a few days for many types of ethnic weddings.
How many photographers can I have at my wedding?
Cyrus is the owner and principle photographer of Lighthouse Photography. A wedding may need more than one photographer at certain times and the more photographers the better the coverage. A second photographer can be hired by Lighthouse Photography at an hourly rate - minimums apply. It is entirely the client's option if more than one photographer is needed. Usually weddings that require coverage in more than one location at the same time and weddings with over 200 guests may be better suited to multiple photographers. Additional professional photographers may only be hired or recommended by Lighthouse Photography.
It is suggested that an additional photographer starts coverage at the groom's preparation and follows the groom's party to the ceremony. Minimums may vary between two - four hours.
What are Lighthouse Photography's terms and conditions for wedding photography?
(1) CONFIRMATION - This quotation is valid only when booked and guaranteed by deposit. The minimum deposit is 25%, The next payment (50%) should be made 6 months before the wedding. The remaining balance (25%) is due 2 weeks before the wedding. (2) EXPENSES - Any and all extra costs shall be passed onto the client, all efforts will be made to inform client of any extra charges. This includes but is not limited to any extra costs associated with travel, transport, parking, printing, location booking fees and extra time.. (3) LIABILITY - The photographer(s), limited by state and federal legal requirements, will not bear any liability towards injury, damage of persons or property. (4) MEALS - For every 6 hour period engaged- a meal should be provided to the photograher(s). (5) OTHER PHOTOGRAHERS - Photograhers who behave in a disruptive or professional manner will be asked to stop, This includes other wedding suppliers such as but not limited to DJs, This also includes guests with SLRs. (6) CANCELLATION - Altering or cancelling will be charged by forfeiting all payments (or a minimum of $500 - the photograher's discretion). If any other fee(s) remain nontransferrable or unrecoverable due to cancellation or alteration of dates, locations or otherwise then these fees will be charged to client. (7) COPYRIGHT - The client agrees that the photographer may use images obtained for promotional reasons and retain copyright over images at all times. Prints & copies may only be obtained by ordering through Lighthouse Photography. No image may be copied without the written permission from LHP. (8) FINAL EDIT Included in package price is upto 2 hours of additional or client requested final editing & book design with the client any hours after that is charged at $100 per hour. Paying a deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Cyrus has been a professional photographer since 1994. Considered a wedding specialist, he now averages about 40 weddings a year.
Can I get a coffee table book done of my wedding photos even if Lighthouse Photography was not involved with the photography?
Yes. Simply email or SMS the word "BOOK" to 04 111 66 034 for a callback or quote. For that matter, even a DVD Photo Movie can be done as well. Not all professional photographers release copyright to their clients. If copyright is unobtainable you may ask your professional photographer to contact Cyrus directly- usually some sort of royalty or commission is required to be paid.
Can Professional Video be organised?
Yes. In fact book LHP and you will be eligible to receive video coverage from Bridal Preparation to a midnight finish at LHP's wholesale price. Also available is professional editing when video is filmed by family or friends.
