FINALISING YOUR WEDDING BOOK

How your book is finalised depends on your choices now.  I invite you to look though the design of your book to see if you are happy with the layout and the photos.  Check spelling of your names as well as the wedding date.  With the help of your proof book you can determine if your favourite photos have been used.

To make changes please right-click on page and email to cyrus@cphoto.com.au.  In the body or subject of the email please include your instructions.

  For instance:

“p.25 remove 546, replace with 555

  p.45 remove 654, replace with 650”

DELETING AND ADDING PAGES

If you feel that a page needs to be deleted be aware that your book is designed with a left page and a right page and deleted just one page can affect the presentation.  It is often better to remove two pages together or to replace one page with another.

The same principle applies when adding pages to your book.  It is always best to add not just one page but two pages together. Extra charges may apply if you add many extra pages, but as a general rule less the six pages are free of charge.

APPOINTMENTS

If you know that changes to your book are needed but are unsure about how to proceed then an appointment is possible.  An after-hours home visit can be arranged if necessary your wedding book will be finalised face to face. This process can take 15 minutes or longer.

APPROVAL AND THE PROCESS

After approval the book is exported to PDF and then sent to the printer. Printing and binding takes between 3-4 weeks usually. If there is an outstanding balance to pay please be aware that books will not be printed until balance is fully paid.

MORE OPTIONS

Pages can be Satin or Art.  Art looks thicker, has a textured feel and has more of a matt finish. Satin is glossy. Satin is the default. Both printed paper types will not fade for over 55 years.  

The default cover colour is black, other colours are possible.  You may also choose between gold, silver and clear for the cover’s title engraving.  Every Wedding Book comes in a black presentation box.
